Lastly, their customer service was unacceptable. We were scheduled to meet the owner several times to discuss the situation and he was a no-show, despite saying he wanted to make things right with us.
I went to Cove Auto for an A/C repair on my jeep despite multiple trips to get it fixed due to the fact that when they ordered the A/C line needed for repair their parts supplier delivered the wrong line not once but twice. I was very satisfied with Greg and his staff getting me taken care of and bringing my A/C back to life. I will definitely let Cove Auto take care of all my vehicle needs. Thank you Cove Auto.
I would tell you what I think happened but I'm sure you are already thinking the same thing. Let me just say I now have a new mechanic.

After my recent visit to Cove Auto Repair. My car was not running correctly. However the problem was unrelated to the origanal reason for my visit. BTW This same scenario has happened each of the prior 2 visits to Cove Auto Repair. This time I took it to a different mechanic for evaluation. He found an incorrect hose (NEW...complete with shiny new hose clamps) had been installed. This hose was a straight hose unlike the U shaped hose that was supposed to be there. This new hose created a kink which was obstucting the flow of fluid and thus causing my problem .

First of all, the vast majority of the work that was done was not only horrible—but worse than when we brought it in. Next, we were never given any cost estimates or invoices for the discussed work—which made the price discussion absolutely absurd. In addition, we had to get several things re-done because the work was totally inadequate. Moreover, we had left our vehicle with them for weeks on end—with little or no work to show for it. So, when we asked for updates, they always said they hadn’t gotten to it yet and needed more time.
